Where can I buy ceiling lights that plug into the wall?

Im looking for ceiling lights but my apartment only has a wall socket near the ceiling, no way to plug a normal ceiling light in. I know they are out there but I cant seem to find any.

    Ikea has a lot of them. You can order them online if you don’t live close to a store.

    Use a swag lamp. I converted a chandelier into a swag while in an apartment with a similar set up as yours. It was quite nice.

    i have no clue why a builder would build without permanent light fixtures,this has puzzeled me for ages. i see this in alotta high end construction as well. it only makes since to install atleast 1 permanent fixture per room. you can always choose not to use it. if you have a cieling fan, an option is to just buy a light kit for it.
